WV Delegate Shawn Fluharty is Leading the Online Casino Panel at NCLGS Meetings

The schedule for the meetings of the National Council of Legislators from Gaming States (NCLGS) in Florida next month has been finalized. With Shawn Fluharty, the Minority Whip of the West Virginia House of Delegates, leading the organization as the next NCLGS president, West Virginia will be well-represented.
Wednesday, January 3, is when the event begins, and it ends on Saturday, January 6. There will be panel discussions on the legalization of iGaming among the many other issues that will be explored. Fluharty played a key role in approving legal online casino gambling in West Virginia, which has shown to be a significant source of income for the state.

The NCLGS meetings are attended by a large number of people, but the actual activity begins on Thursday, January 4.
Fluharty quickly placed a crucial topic on the agenda in his capacity as president. There are 38 states with authorized sports betting, and West Virginia is one of the six with legal online casinos.
